HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Our shipping rates are set at $7 for all orders made in Canada.
Delivery is free for all orders of $100 and more.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
CANADA POST
Your order will leave the FL, cire de coco warehouse within 1-3 business days following your purchase.
Thereafter, your package will also arrive at your home in 2-3 business days* for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your area.
For delivery to national destinations (rest of Canada), delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
When your order leaves the FL, cire de coco warehouse located in Montreal, Québec - you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to track your package (this number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it).
Due to the various strikes/pressures by the postal services, delays may be longer.
MY PARCEL SEEMS TO BE LOST. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can contact the Canada Post team directly (1 (866) 607-6301) with your tracking number.
They will be able to tell you exactly where your package is. If they ever tell you that they can't find it (it's pretty rare), write to us at info@flciredecoco.ca, we'll take care of the rest with you.
ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS REFUNDABLE?
All delivery charges, including returns, are non-refundable.
